The IF5 is an infrared emitter, part of a hidden link system that relays an infrared signal to a source. It mounts directly on the component’s IR sensor with clear adhesive film (included) on top of the emitter housing. The IF5 generates pulses which are visible to the human eye and will not block other signals, as it is transparent to infrared light.
